I'm in a lover affair with poetry, The word poet came from the word poesie, which mean to create or writer of poem. In arabic the word poet mean an intellectual ocean, which is like a flow of knowledge diligently quenching the thirst of those in it presence. Poetry is 45% metaphor 10% style, 10% flow, 10%wordplay, 10%punchline, and 10% realism.5%made up.. Poetry is a form of writing used to express someone's feelings🖋opinions🖋emotional mement. it can rhyme and it doesn't rhyme. Also, there is verse, where there is no rhyming scheme and no set numbers of lines in a verse. Poetry is "playing" with words and language. There are many ways to use poetry. Poet Speak their emotions, express their soul through words or used words that cleanse the mind of immediate thoughts. Poet waste time some time scrambling words that may or may not make sense to the reader, but always means something to them and someone else.
